Award-winning design professional well versed in the Chicago art community. With over 18 years of experience in the design industry, I am passionate about mentoring and encouraging creatives to promote entrepreneurship.

As the Executive Director of Chicago Fashion Incubator, a nonprofit organization that provides resources, mentorship, and education to emerging fashion talent, I oversaw the budget, coordinate with Macy's, manage staff, community outreach, administration, marketing, HR, and program development.

I’ve also leveraged my expertise in creative consulting, domestic apparel manufacturing, marketing, and small business development to run Hovet Fashion Studio, my fashion agency founded in 2018. We helped clients start and grow their own fashion lines, from concept creation to product design to production coordination. Additionally, my dynamic communication and presentation skills can be seen in my Tedx talk and my work as an educator and academic coach.
